Our teams in Karratha joined forces to inspire local students and jobseekers at the Karratha Careers Fair in May. Monadelphous was amongst 50 other exhibitors set up at the Karratha Leisureplex to talk to local high school students and answer their questions about potential career options and pathways.
We heard from many of the students who already had great insight into the types of roles that are in demand now within the resources sector and who are considering their future careers accordingly.
The local community was also out in force on the day and we enjoyed connecting with local organisations and community members about careers and how we can support the next generation.
The expo showcased a range of careers in an engaging way for all ages across a range of industries from health care and beauty, to mining and construction, to emergency services, complete with activations, recruitment advice and interactive activities.
The event was a great opportunity to connect with the local community, inspire the next generation and promote our local operations.
