David did not feel comfortable with the inaccurate information and brought this to the attention of his Leading Hand and Supervisor, demonstrating **‘Speaking up’**. The team then **‘Got Involved’** and developed a lifting plan to suit the configuration required to ensure that we **‘Followed Rules’** to safely lift the screen onto the truck.
