The framework is about embedding respectful behaviours into our everyday activities and brings together a Group-wide approach to making sure our workplaces are safe, respectful and inclusive.  Every one of us has an important role to play in addressing behaviours which do not align with the Monadelphous Values and Code of Conduct. If you see or experience unacceptable behaviours in our workplaces, it’s important to speak up and to know these matters will be taken **seriously**, and will be treated **confidentially **and **sensitively**.  **There are four ways to seek help: **  - Talk to your supervisor  - Email HR [respect@monadel.com.au](mailto:respect@monadel.com.au)  - Contact your HR representative  - Report to the external integrity hotline (1800 952 4221 or [monadelphousintegrity@deloitte.com.au](mailto:monadelphousintegrity@deloitte.com.au))  Looking after each other is at the very heart of our safety and wellbeing culture, and respect for ourselves and our teammates is what drives this.
