[![ThePipeline\_Blog\_25Dec](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/ThePipeline_Blog_25Dec.jpg?width=600&height=338&name=ThePipeline_Blog_25Dec.jpg)](https://youtu.be/dW6dJd7HzOI) We are ending the year on a topic that is front and centre of everything we do – safety. A few weeks back, we launched our annual Summer of Safety campaign, helping us all maintain mindfulness during a time that is typically full of distractions. Joining me on this episode is our divisional HSEQ Manager Abigail McPherson, to dive into Summer of Safety (and reveal our winning Christmas joke). Finally, I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your dedication throughout 2025. While many of you will be taking a well-earned break to recharge, I know that some of you will be continuing to support our clients over the festive season. To those who are working, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your commitment.    To all of you, however you are spending the season, please be safe and look after yourself and others. I look forward to seeing you in the New Year, refreshed and ready for another great year. Thank you for tuning in to Torque it Up this year and enjoy this episode! Merry Christmas.   ## Leave a comment Previous Post Two big cheers for two big careers Next Post A Christmas message from Nick Raffan ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/Supervisor%20Passport.png)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-fix/supervisor-passport-to-success) [People](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-fix/tag/people) [WA](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-fix/tag/wa) [Pilbara](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-fix/tag/pilbara) 1 Min Read ### [Supervisor Passport to success](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-fix/supervisor-passport-to-success) A few months ago, we launched the Supervisor Passport program as a tool to further strengthen the knowledge ...
