Teamwork is one of our core values at Monadelphous, an essential part of how we work every day, helping us to deliver consistently to the high standard we are known for.
We launched the M&IS Teamwork Baton back in 2018 to acknowledge and celebrate teamwork across the Maintenance and Industrial Services division. Since then, the baton has travelled the globe in recognition of those groups of people who work collaboratively to achieve success.
The baton is a reminder for all of us that success can be more attainable as a collective rather than as individuals working in silos.
