We are proud to recognise two outstanding winners of the Northern Star Achievement Award for February and March.
The Northern Star Award program invites nominations to recognise teammates for going above and beyond.
February – Taleisha Dyson
Our February Northern Star Award went to Taleisha Dyson from our Workforce Management team, for her ongoing perseverance and dedication to a job with many complexities.
Despite facing challenges like flight cancellations and accommodation constraints, which impacted the mobilisation requirements for the Paraburdoo Structural Integrity Project, Taleisha maintained a positive, problem-solving attitude, ensuring the project could run as smoothly as possible.
Taleisha is widely known among her teammates for her persistence, reliability, and team-first approach, making her a very deserving recipient of this award.
March – Robbie Eekelschot
Our March Northern Star Award went to Robbie Eekelschot from our Port and East Pilbara (PEP) team, recognised for his exceptional leadership and clear commitment to delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.
Since stepping into a leadership role at the Port Hedland Fortescue shutdowns, Robbie has shown a clear focus on safety at every stage, from pre-planning through to execution.
He’s played a key role in improving processes and safety standards, while also helping secure additional work, with Monadelphous now engaged to deliver further maintenance activities on site.
Known for his can-do attitude and supportive nature, Robbie is highly regarded across the business. Congratulations, Robbie!
