Senior Quality and NDT Coordinator, Mohamad Golbahar – or “Mo” – has recently received his International Welding Engineer Diploma.
An outstanding achievement for Mo, this diploma is one of the highest – and notoriously toughest – welding engineering certificates.
Mo was presented his diploma by the CEO of Weld Australia, Geoff Cittenden at their recent Awards dinner.
Monadelphous, together with the Queensland Government sponsored the course through Weld Australia.
Quality and Welding Manager, Mark Potts said that it was great to see Mo continue his professional development.
“Well done to Mo for completing this challenging course – it was great that Monadelphous was able to partner with industry and Government to support this,” he said.
This follows Monadelphous being awarded the 2022 Company of the Year Award – Fabrication at the 2022 Welding Excellence Awards.
Weld Australia recognised Monadelphous for our ongoing contribution and commitment to enhancing the welding and fabrication industry. This included our creation of innovative solutions through research projects, development of a comprehensive apprenticeship program and our excellent safety record.
