Leadership Updates
1 Minute Read

Hello everyone,

Welcome to another edition of The Pipeline!

In this newsletter, you’ll find some great features, including a spotlight on our apprentices at RTW, wrapping up on rail improvements at Roxby, the creative energy behind the Bush Street Art Safari in Bunbury, and our March Monos’ Moments winners. And for those keen to gear up—check out the new running shirt at Roxby!

I’m also excited to share that I recently joined the second episode of the M&IS podcast (aka ‘Torque it up’) as a special guest alongside our GM from the East Duane Oxford—you can watch it here. It was a little different to what we normally do, but it was a great opportunity to dive into some key discussions, and a bit of fun. I hope you enjoy watching it!

This month, I’d also like to celebrate Mark Holdman and Luke Ryan for their Monoversaries. Mark and Luke, your dedication and contributions continue to make a real difference, and we’re grateful to have you on the team. Congratulations on reaching these milestones!

On the topic of safety—it remains at the heart of everything we do. No matter the task, staying vigilant and looking out for one another is what keeps us strong as a team. Let’s continue prioritising safety and maintaining the high standards we’re known for.

A huge congratulations to the KMK Cogen team for reaching an incredible milestone—two years without a forced outage! This is a fantastic achievement and speaks volumes about your dedication and expertise. Well done to everyone involved!

Thank you all for your hard work and commitment. Your efforts never go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you do.

Let’s keep the momentum going and make the next month even better!

Cheers!
