Welcome to the first edition of The Pipeline for 2025! I hope you all had a chance to recharge over the festive season. And for those who worked through, a huge thank you for your dedication—it never goes unnoticed.
I’m excited to share that we’ve officially announced the recipients of our first Bunbury Community Grants Program! This initiative is a fantastic way for us to give back to the communities where we live and work. Be sure to check out the incredible organisations we’re supporting this year.
Speaking of giving back, I want to highlight an inspiring effort by Janine in Kalgoorlie. She has been on a mission to raise funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service—a cause that’s deeply personal to her. Many of us know someone who has relied on this life-saving service, and Janine’s commitment to supporting them is admirable.
On the project front, I love hearing how our teams come together to tackle challenges. A great example of this happened recently in Roxby Downs, where the team worked tirelessly to fix gaps in overhead protection. There’s still plenty to do, but their efforts have already made the site safer and better for everyone—well done!
I’d like to wish Scott a special congratulations on his new role as MMS Operations Support Manager! In this position, Scott will oversee Workforce Management, MMS project delivery, and engineering resource management, along with the Perth Operations portfolio—including KMK, Custom Fleet, Synergy Kwinana, and Perth Projects. Scott has had an incredible journey at Monos so far, and I encourage you to read more about it.
Our partnership with the South Bunbury Football Club Past Players & Officials Association is also going from strength to strength as we enter our second year as a major sponsor. It’s been fantastic to see the positive impact of this collaboration, from supporting the club’s initiatives to helping foster young talent. Monadelphous funds two key scholarships to recognise outstanding youth players—an initiative we’re incredibly proud of.
As we kick off 2025, let’s keep safety at the forefront, look out for one another, and continue the great work we’re known for. I’m looking forward to another big year ahead!
Cheers,
Paul
