Hi everyone,
This month, we’ve seen continued momentum across the business, with some strong outcomes worth recognising.
We recently announced the extension of our maintenance services contract at BHP’s Olympic Dam operations for a further two years. This scope includes mechanical and electrical maintenance, as well as shutdown and project services. Having supported Olympic Dam for more than 35 years, this extension reflects the strength of our long-standing relationships and the consistency of delivery from our teams on site.
Our safety performance continues to hold steady, which is a great result. Thank you to everyone for the focus and discipline you bring to maintaining a safe working environment each day; it does not go unnoticed.
Tendering activity also remains high, with a strong pipeline of opportunities across the business. This level of activity positions us well as we look ahead.
In this edition, we catch up with Zach from Roxby Downs and stay in the region to celebrate the team recently taking out the customer’s Good Choices Award, a fantastic achievement and well-deserved recognition.
Down in Bunbury, the team is getting behind a fundraising initiative with a bit of personality, growing mullets. I’m looking forward to seeing how those turn out.
Following the successful launch of our latest Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan, you’ll be learning more about our RAP and your role in reconciliation in the coming months. It was great to see the level of engagement and support.
We’ve also updated our benefits page, so it’s worth another look to see what might interest you.
Thanks again for your continued efforts and contributions!
Cheers,
Paul.
