Hi everyone,

Welcome to August’s edition of The Pipeline

This month we’ve had a wave of milestone celebrations across the business, and I want to take a moment to recognise the people behind them.

RTW marked its five-year Monaversary with a BBQ for the team, and by the looks of it, no one was left hungry. Alongside the celebrations, a number of our teammates reached their own milestones, including Tania Thomson, Colin Sutherland, Yohawn Ahn, Craig Cahill, Clinton Garnie, Nick Jokich, Kelsey Smith and Shannen King from the Southwest.

It’s always great to see so many people choosing to stick around at Monos; clearly, we must be doing something right.

At Muja, both Michael Zacher and Ian Williams celebrated 15 years with us, and Rob Day is only days away from his 15 Year Monaversary, which is a huge achievement, and you’ll get to read more about their journeys in an upcoming edition. Over in Kalgoorlie, Jubinel Sucuaje also reached 15 years. That kind of commitment is something we’re incredibly proud of.

This edition includes an update on our work at the Geraldton Port, where the team has been pushing hard and hitting some impressive milestones. They’ve been busy, and it shows.

The latest M&IS Podcast episode, Torque It Up, dives into the graduate experience at Monos. We’ve got a strong graduate program with multiple intakes each year, so if you know anyone graduating or still at university and looking for opportunities, send them our way!

Across the business, teams took time out of their busy schedules to support Keep Australia Beautiful. We’re lucky to live in such a beautiful country, and it’s important we all do our bit to keep it that way.

There’s a lot of exciting work happening at the moment and plenty more on the horizon, so keep an eye out for the next editions.
