Welcome to the February edition of The Pipeline.

There’s a real sense of momentum across the business right now. We’ve got a strong pipeline of work building across the southern region and the business.

Monos recently announced our 2026 half-year results to the ASX, which reflected solid performance across both M&IS and EC. Importantly, across our sector, we secured $1.4 billion in contracts and extensions across key sectors, reinforcing the confidence our customers have in our safety and reliable delivery.

Just as importantly, our safety performance continues to trend in the right direction. Our High Potential Incident Rate has returned to historically low levels, and we’ve seen a further reduction in our Recordable Injury Rate. However, it’s important, as always, to remember: The Safe Way is the Only Way!

In this edition of The Pipeline, we take a closer look at a unique opportunity recently completed by RTW, catch up with one of our very own wildlife rescuing heroes and see how our Community Grants Program is making an impact. We also welcome a new cohort of graduates to Monos.

You’ll also find information on our updated Code of Conduct, which sets clear expectations for how we work together and uphold our values. I encourage everyone to take the time to read it and reflect on what it means for you and your team.
