Welcome to 2026!
It’s shaping up to be a really exciting year ahead. We’ve got plenty happening in the tendering pipeline, with some great opportunities coming up, so stay tuned as more information lands over the coming months.
We also closed out 2025 on a strong note, and that’s entirely thanks to the effort, commitment and teamwork across the business. Well done to everyone who helped make that happen.
With summer well and truly here, I want to take a moment to remind everyone to manage heat factors where possible. Stay hydrated, take the right breaks when needed, and keep an eye on both your physical and mental health, especially during the hotter periods.
Our Community Grants Program has officially kicked off for the year, and we’re already seeing some great stories come through. We started things off by supporting the Women’s Country Cricket Week over the long weekend, and there’s plenty more to come.
A quick reminder as well to keep the Monos Moments submissions coming through. These are a great way to recognise the people around you who go above and beyond, and it’s always good to see those efforts acknowledged.
Our Vacation Students will also be wrapping up soon. I’d like to thank each of them for their hard work and contribution over the past few months. We hope the experience has been valuable and that we’ll see many of them again in the future as part of our Graduate Program.
