The Pipeline

A message from Paul Francis

Hi everyone,

As we move through the middle of the year, it has been great to take some time to reflect on where we've come from and where we're heading.

Recently, our MMS leadership team came together for our annual strategy planning workshop. It was a valuable opportunity to discuss the opportunities ahead and how we continue to build the next phase of growth across our regions.

The conversations reinforced the strength of our people, capabilities and the role we all play in shaping what comes next.

May also marked National Reconciliation Week, following the launch of our Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan 2026–2029. This year's theme, "All In", is a reminder that reconciliation is something we all contribute to through our actions, conversations and commitment to learning.

In this edition, we celebrate Nathan James' 10 years with Monadelphous and shine a spotlight on the positive impact our people are having in local communities. From Roxby Downs, where our Community Grants Program continues to make a difference and local students are being introduced to welding pathways, to the Goldfields, where teams recently delivered a successful shutdown, there's plenty happening across the business.

You'll also hear from our HES team in the latest podcast episode, where they share more about our High Voltage business, the work they're delivering and how they continue to strengthen the services we provide to our customers.

As always, thank you for your ongoing commitment, support and the contribution you make every day. I hope you enjoy this edition.

Cheers,

Paul.
