As we approach the end of the year, it’s important we maintain our focus on the work ahead and continue to deliver on our commitments to our clients and each other. Our first-quarter results are in, and it’s pleasing to see we’re tracking slightly ahead of expectations. This is a positive start to the year, and we need to maintain that momentum as we move into the next quarter. Staying focused on delivering quality work, managing our projects well and working safely will remain important as we continue through the year. Health and safety continue to be a priority across the business. While our performance is tracking well, we must remain vigilant and never become complacent. With eight weeks until Christmas, there is still plenty of work ahead of us, and we need to maintain our standards, follow our procedures and look out for one another to ensure everyone gets home safely each day. It was also pleasing to see the company's ongoing commitment to reconciliation through the Reconciliation Week Walk. Following the launch of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) earlier this year, activities like this provide an opportunity to build awareness, strengthen relationships and demonstrate our commitment to reconciliation. It's encouraging to see this commitment reflected in the actions of our people across the business. There’s still plenty to achieve between now and the end of the year, with a number of exciting projects and opportunities ahead of us. As always, our focus needs to be on delivering safely, meeting our commitments and maintaining the standards our clients expect.
