Let's give a big round of applause for our amazing colleagues who've truly embodied the spirit of Monos culture.

First up, a huge shoutout to Jessica Ferarri, our December Monos Moments winner! Jessica's infectious festive vibes and her initiative to spread some Christmas cheer at the Worsley site didn't go unnoticed.

For January, let's give it up for Jamie Thomson. Jamie is a real hero for opening his home to nine colleagues during the Collie bushfire evacuations. His kindness and commitment to team wellbeing is incredible.

But wait, there's more! We've got some awesome folks who've bagged themselves $50 gift vouchers for their stellar contributions:

- Jim McDermott and Phil Warren at KMK Cogen. His smart storage solutions over the holidays kept us safe and sound.

- Chad Sellenger, his integrity and care during the Collie fire evacuations didn't go unnoticed. Thanks for looking out for the team.

- Toby Hawkins, for stepping up on the VPSA Project at the Kalgoorlie Nickel Smelter. His frontline leadership was truly inspirational.

Thanks to all of you for making Monos a fantastic place to work. Let's keep spreading those good vibes and supporting each other every step of the way!

If you see a ‘Monos Moment’ you can take two minutes to nominate a team or team member. It can be for something big, small, at work, or outside of work – the only requirement is that there is a clear link to one (or more) of the Monadelphous values as outlined below:

  • Safety and Wellbeing: We show concern and actively care for others. We always think and act safely.
  • Integrity: We are open and honest in what we say and what we do. We take responsibility for our work and our actions.
  • Achievement: We are passionate about achieving success for our customers, our partners and each other. We seek solutions, learn and continually improve.
  • Teamwork: We work as a team in a cooperative, supportive and friendly environment. We are open-minded and share our knowledge and achievements.
  • Loyalty: We develop long term relationships by earning the respect, trust and support of our customers, partners and each other. We are dependable, take ownership and work for the company as our own.

The program runs continuously so you can nominate a person (or team) anytime who you believe should be recognised for their contribution. Two minutes of your time can mean a lot to someone else!
