Join us in celebrating our February Monos Moments winners, who are shining examples of Monadelphous’ culture and values.
Our February Monos Moments winner, Bruce Forster, has been a fantastic example of proactive safety leadership. Bruce's nomination stemmed from his keen observation of the risks associated with loading and unloading flatbed trucks at the RTW facility in Capel. Recognising the inadequacies of existing safety controls, Bruce didn't hesitate to propose more robust engineered solutions to mitigate these risks further. His initiative and dedication to safety underscore the importance of vigilance in high-risk activities. Bruce's contribution not only enhances safety but also fosters a culture of continuous improvement within our team.
Congratulations to the below nominations who have also won $50 gift vouchers each:
- Joel Hunt, from Roxby Downs unwavering dedication to his co-workers and customers sets him apart. Joel's commitment extends beyond his shift, ensuring that every member of his team completes their tasks safely and efficiently. His integrity and willingness to lend a helping hand exemplify the core values we cherish at Monadelphous.
- Muhammad Farooq, who joined the Coal to Gas team midway through the project, and quickly proved himself to be an invaluable asset. His adaptability and quick grasp of the project's intricacies earned him recognition among his peers. Muhammad's stellar performance on the Caustic Heave Project further solidified his reputation as a dependable team member.
- Robert Clark, stationed at Albemarle, who, in the face of unexpected challenges, rose to the occasion with commendable leadership. When a supervisor demobilised from the site, Rob stepped up to oversee the refurbishment of knife gate valves without skipping a beat. His ability to swiftly understand the project scope and forge strong relationships with clients highlights his exceptional skills as a leader.
Thank you to everyone for their nominations and congratulations again to our monthly winner for February Bruce!
