Reaching 30 years of service with a company is no small feat but that’s exactly what Rob Grubb has recently achieved.
Rob is a Commercial and Estimating Manager for Mining & Minerals Southern Region based in Kalgoorlie. Although he is known for being a quiet achiever who prefers not to make a fuss, this anniversary called for a celebration. A special dinner was held in his honour at The Palace in Kalgoorlie on 21st of June.
General Manager Paul Francis said it was fantastic to get together with the team to mark the occasion. “Rob’s been involved in numerous projects across the years and has been instrumental to our Kalgoorlie branch and its success over the last 30 years – it’s like he had a hand in building Kalgoorlie,” he said.
“He has a wealth of knowledge that he is always happy to share with his teammates and is an asset to the team.
“On behalf of the team, congratulations Rob for such an impressive milestone – we thank you for your commitment and loyalty and look forward to many more years!”
As Monadelphous celebrates our 50th anniversary, it is a time to recognise people like Rob who have been a key part of building the business and contributed to its success.
