Name: Teresa Fariss
Job Title: Senior Administration Officer
Started working at Monadelphous: February 2019

| **What excites you about your role at Monadelphous?**  So much. The projects, achieving monthly goals, but mostly the people. Teamwork makes the dream work.    **A highlight from your career?**  Reaching my 5-year Monoversary!    **Something interesting people might not know about you?**  I run a local Basketball Club here in Kalgoorlie and coordinate all the referees for our domestic competition… What spare time? Who wants spare time?    |   | **What gets you out of bed on the weekend?**  Usually, the previously mentioned Basketball comp for an 8am start on Saturday.  Otherwise, a good book and a bit of gardening.    **What’s your favourite travel destination and why?**  THE BEACH!! Any beach, I’m not picky! I must touch the ocean at least twice a year, to refresh and clear the mind.  (Yes, I appreciate the comedy in this, given I live 4 hours away from the closest beach)    |
