High FIVE, RTW!

Growth
1 Minute Read

Five years ago this month, RTW officially became part of the Monadelphous family, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter that has delivered growth, new opportunities and an even stronger presence across Western Australia's South West.

Since joining the business in July 2021, RTW has continued to build on its proud reputation while expanding its capabilities, strengthening customer relationships and creating new opportunities for its people.

What began with around 40 employees has grown into a thriving operation that continues to support mining, industrial and commercial projects across the region.

Over the past five years, RTW has continued to grow its customer base, expand its service offering and play an increasingly important role within the Mining and Minerals Southern Region.

The foundation of this success is the dedication of people across both RTW and Monadelphous, whose collaboration helped ensure a smooth transition and laid the foundations for continued success.

"Becoming part of Monadelphous has created new opportunities for our team while allowing us to retain the culture and customer focus that RTW is known for,” RTW Works Manager Nick Jokich said.

“The support of the wider business, combined with the dedication of our people, has positioned us well for continued growth across the South West."

While plenty has changed over the past five years, RTW's commitment to quality, safety and delivering for customers has remained constant. Those values, combined with the support of the wider Monadelphous business, have helped position RTW for continued growth well into the future.

Congratulations to everyone who has been part of RTW's journey over the past five years!
