Kalforce in action

The Kalforce Team recently hit the road to showcase career opportunities at Monadelphous, connecting with students and the local community at the inaugural Central Regional TAFE Industry Expo and Apprenticeship & Traineeship Information Session.

Held in early September, the event was all about bringing industry, students and the public together to explore pathways into the resources sector.

Tayten Dowson and Janine Sherry proudly represented Monadelphous, sparking conversations about apprenticeships, traineeships and the many ways to build a career with us.

A standout moment was the tour of the brand-new training facilities, where workshops and classrooms for disciplines such as Heavy and Mobile Plant, Auto Electrical, Hydraulics and Pneumatics were on display.

The cutting-edge facilities are raising the bar for skills development in the Goldfields region, giving students the tools to prepare for real industry roles.

Beyond chatting with students, the team also had the chance to connect with suppliers and peers from across the Goldfields, making the day a valuable networking opportunity.

The Kalforce Team came away energised and excited for the future, with a big thank you to the organisers for the invitation. We are already looking forward to seeing how this growing event evolves next year.
