From Thursday, 26 February 2026, we're rolling out a combined Code of Conduct and Acceptable Workplace Behaviour training across Monadelphous.
This training is required of all team members annually. It's all about real behaviours on the job – treating everyone with respect; working safely and with integrity; and speaking up when something isn’t right. Simply put, it's about doing the right thing every day you come to work. This builds trust within our teams, with customers, and within the communities where we work.
In the coming weeks, every site will run a toolbox session and ask each of you to make a recommitment to our Code of Conduct. If you received an email invitation, you have the option to complete this online. By completing this training, we are all committing to making Monadelphous a safe, respectful and truly great place to work.
