This recognition is solely based on feedback from interns and graduates, providing a direct reflection of their positive experiences at Monadelphous, while several other ‘Top Grad/ Intern Awards’ use non-qualitative data such as marketing spent and size of the organisation. Each year, thousands of students and graduates rate their time with employers, assessing workplace culture, professional development opportunities and the support they receive as they launch their careers. Their feedback indicates which organisations create an environment where new professionals thrive. Monos’ has been ranked as one of the best graduate employers in the Medium Program category. Graduates rated their experience across key areas, including hands-on learning, career progression and workplace culture. Interns have also recognised Monadelphous as a top organisation for gaining real-world experience. The Top 20 Intern Programs list ranks employers with an intake between 21 and 50 students based entirely on feedback from over 2,500 participants across 120 organisations. Interns evaluated their experiences across 15 criteria, covering professional growth, workplace interactions and exposure to industry projects. Monos’ stood out as a leading choice for students, offering them valuable opportunities to develop their skills and build connections for their future careers. This achievement is a direct result of the dedication of our teams, who create an environment where interns and graduates can learn, grow and succeed.
