[People](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-pipeline/tag/people) 29 Sep 2026 2 Minute Read Each month, Monos Moments recognises the people who go above and beyond, support their teams, and deliver work the right way. Our August winner is **Scott White**, recognised for his exceptional leadership in overcoming challenging site conditions to achieve switch room installation readiness on time. Over at Olympic Dam, following a severe weather event, the RB17 work front was flooded and turned to mud just days before a critical switch room installation. With several large cables still to be pulled, Scott quickly coordinated multiple work groups. Throughout the entire process, Scott maintained a solution-focussed approach and led his team through several long and demanding days, and ultimately, the team achieved installation readiness in time and ensured the work front was safe. Well done to Scott and the team for your hard work and dedication! As always, we also had several worthy standouts across our sites. **Max Winning –** Max is always willing to lend a hand and has become a valued, experienced member of the shutdown team at Worsley. He consistently gets on with the job without complaint, working safely and productively. **Mervin Soler –** Mervin consistently goes above and beyond to maintain high safety and housekeeping standards at Worsley. He recently took the initiative to thoroughly clean and organise all PPE in the store, including the working-at-heights harnesses. **Kalgoorlie Admin Team: Tegan Alabach, Suzinda Thomas and Teani Neil –** During a period of significant personnel change, Tegan, Suzinda and Teani demonstrated excellent teamwork and supported one another with a positive attitude. Tegan and Suzinda also received additional nominations, further highlighting their hard work in Kalgoorlie. Tegan stepped up to support a relatively inexperienced team during a challenging transition in Kalgoorlie. She took ownership of certain responsibilities, and patiently trained new team members, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and dedication. Suzinda willingly stepped into an additional function to support a critical gap in the Accounts team in Kalgoorlie. Her positive attitude and ability to balance responsibilities across two teams helped maintain continuity during a demanding transition. **George Echanes, Samuel Zierk, Steven Smith, Tom Rowe, Andrew Knox, Daniel Bower –** The Area 2 crew in Worsley came in on a Sunday to assist the client with the urgent priority of boxing up a tank. Both the supervisors and crew members did an outstanding job, demonstrating excellent teamwork and commitment. **Ciali Sexton-Noblet –** Over in Kalgoorlie, Ciali has quickly taken ownership of her role and consistently delivered high-quality outcomes with minimal handover required. Well done to Ciali, for demonstrating outstanding teamwork and a genuine business-first approach. **Mario Du Plessis –** Mario coordinated stakeholders to overcome constraints affecting the new beamline equipment at RTW. By bridging the gap between technical experts and operators, he helped bring the machine to an acceptable operating capacity while long-lead items were being sourced. **Ben Luscombe, Kane Dawson, Rhys Hempstead –** In the Southwest, Ben, Kane and Rhys went above and beyond to source content for a presentation, providing around 200 additional photos. Their willingness to support another business unit saved significant time and demonstrated excellent teamwork across the wider business. **Aden Roberts and Bill Sloan –** Aden and Bill volunteered and were elected as site safety representatives at Muja.
