Managing Director's Brief
Zoran Bebic
Managing Director
On 25 March 2026, on the banks of the Derbal Yerrigan (Swan River) in Perth, we launched our Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for 2026–2029, our third Stretch RAP and fifth RAP overall.
As one of Australia’s leading engineering companies, we have a responsibility to make a positive impact in the communities where we work and that includes playing a meaningful, long‑term role in reconciliation.
Since 2013, we’ve delivered a series of formal RAPs, each one helping us turn good intentions into real action and delivering outcomes.
This new Stretch RAP is about building on what we already do well, doing it more consistently, and embedding reconciliation in a way that’s authentic and enduring. Over the next three years, we’ll keep strengthening cultural capability, expanding career pathways and retention, and growing meaningful partnerships with Indigenous businesses.
Progress happens when we all take ownership. I remain personally accountable for keeping reconciliation a priority, and I encourage every one of you to engage with this RAP and reflect on how your actions bring it to life today and over the next three years.
I’m proud of how far we’ve come, and I know there’s more to do. I’m looking forward to continuing this work with you as we advance reconciliation together. Launch events will continue in Brisbane and regional areas from April onwards.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
