[People](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-pipeline/tag/people) 29 Oct 2026 2 Minute Read Each month, Monos Moments recognises the people who go above and beyond, support their teams, and deliver work the right way. Our September winner is the **Roxby Downs Electrical Team - Scott White, Peter Manuel, Anthony Davis, and Dylan Mostyn**, recognised for their teamwork, adaptability and commitment to safely delivering critical works for our client. While completing HV and LV cutovers at two underground substations, the team was interrupted by a site-wide evacuation. With both substations critical to production, the crew worked with supervisors and management to establish a safe path forward. With approval to extend the shift and a detailed fatigue management plan in place, the team safely completed both cutovers and handed the substations back to the client. Their professionalism and strong focus on safety earned high praise from the client. Well done to the Roxby Downs Electrical Team for an outstanding result! As always, we also had several worthy standouts across our sites: **Rhys Wilson, Yohawn Ahn, Kai Shin and Craig Cahill** – At RTW, the team successfully delivered several large work packages across concurrent projects. Despite working under pressure, they maintained a high standard of quality and exceeded client expectations. **Jason Ford** – In the Southwest, Jason worked tirelessly across the PMAX, Hexion and upcoming Tanami projects during a particularly resource-constrained period. His reliability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities made a significant difference in keeping the projects moving forward. **Jake Panov and Larry Sanford** – Jake and Larry identified and repaired a leak in the temporary firefighting unit at the Muja Coal Plant, quickly returning this important safety control to service. Their actions demonstrated strong ownership and a proactive safety mindset. **Dan McNaughton and Michelle Ali** – Dan and Michelle have taken ownership of the main Roxby workshop, improving its organisation, housekeeping and safety. Michelle streamlined the stores area, while Dan led several workshop upgrades, helping establish a higher standard and improve productivity. **Kade Ferris** – At Worsley, Kade consistently demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine commitment to safety. His professionalism sets an excellent example for other new starters. **Jason Smit** – Jason used his experience and technical knowledge to safely complete the installation of basalt spools on Calciner 3 at Worsley in just over two days, significantly improving on the time previously required for the task. **Michael Zacher** – During a routine confined space check at Muja, Michael identified that subcontractor personnel had not completed the required training. He immediately stopped the job and ensured the appropriate requirements were met before work resumed, demonstrating the importance of asking questions and standing up for safety. **Dylan Tavasci** – In Collie, Dylan identified exposed live terminals at a belt weighing panel and recommended that protective enclosures be installed immediately. His proactive approach helped address the risk and improve safety for others. ## Leave a comment Previous Post A message from Paul Francis Next Post Walking together at the 2026 Walk for Reconciliation ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/Monos%20Moment.jpg)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-pipeline/our-june-monos-moments-winners) [People](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-pipeline/tag/people) 2 Min Read ### [Our June Monos’ Moments winners!](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-pipeline/our-june-monos-moments-winners) This month’s winner is a trio who have put safety front and centre with an innovative solution that could ...
