The day commenced with a heartfelt Welcome to Country from Denice Kickett, whose inspiring words spoke to the importance of culture, connection and creating opportunities for young people to succeed. Bringing together more than 450 Follow the Dream students, alongside foundation staff and alumni, the expo provided a valuable space for students to ask questions, discover new opportunities and gain insights into life beyond school. More than 45 exhibitors from industry, education and training organisations were on hand to share knowledge and guidance. It was a privilege for the Monadelphous team to speak with so many enthusiastic and engaged students, sharing information about our industry and the career pathways available within our business.
