I'm pleased to share the latest episode of Torque it Up, where I sit down with current and former graduates and students to learn more about their experiences at Monos. Our Early Careers programs provide valuable opportunities for students and graduates to gain hands-on industry experience, helping them build skills and confidence as they progress in their careers.
In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Rafferty Fox, one of our first graduates from New Zealand who is now Contracts Manager with MMNW; Daven O'Brien, HSE Graduate, Divisional Services; and Abbey Chapman, Undergraduate Engineer with Energy.
Together, they reflect on their career journeys, share insights from their time at Monos, and discuss the differences between university learning and the practical, real-world experience gained through our Early Careers programs.
