You might see them around the office or on-site, so be sure to say hello and make them welcome.   ![The Pipeline December 242](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/The%20Pipeline%20December%20242.jpg?width=600&height=338&name=The%20Pipeline%20December%20242.jpg)   ## Leave a comment Previous Post Celebrating Arid Recovery and the work they do Next Post Surfing the South West ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/Paul%20Francis%20-%20Thumbnail.png)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-pipeline/a-message-from-your-general-manager-paul-francis-1683510531449) [Leadership Updates](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-pipeline/tag/leadership-updates) 1 Min Read ### [A message from Paul Francis, Nov '22](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-pipeline/a-message-from-your-general-manager-paul-francis-1683510531449) Welcome back to The Pipeline, with some of the latest news from the Mining and Minerals Southern Region.
