Over the last month, Monadelphous has welcomed 33 new graduates into its 2026 Graduate Program.
The cohort brings together graduates from Health, Safety and Environment, Engineering, Contracts and Accounting, offering a cross‑disciplinary introduction to life at Monadelphous.
They marked the start of their careers with a two‑day induction at the company’s Perth office, where they heard from senior leaders, including Managing Director Zoran Bebic and Executive General Managers Al Reid and Adam Cook, who shared insights into the business and the opportunities ahead. Current graduates also took to the stage, providing first‑hand perspectives on the program and practical advice for navigating the transition into industry.
Across the two days, the group took part in team‑building activities, professional development sessions and technical workshops, while also meeting managers and teams from across the business. The week concludes with welding training, giving graduates an early taste of hands‑on experience as they prepare for upcoming site placements.
The new cohort now begins its journey across Monos projects and business areas.
We look forward to supporting the graduates as they take their first steps in the industry and look forward to seeing their careers grow.
