Leadership Updates
1 Minute Read

G’day.

Welcome to In The Loop. As we reach the half-way point of the year, it is a good opportunity to share with you some of the great things happening across our business in 2022 so far. We are approaching the end of financial year with a strong commercial performance, so well done to everyone for your efforts throughout the year.

While Covid has continued to be an ongoing challenge, I want to start by thanking everyone for their support in following the relevant measures to keep our people and communities safe and healthy. As safety and wellbeing is one of our core values and is essential to everything that we do, each and every one of you play an important role in upholding this.

You may be aware that 2022 marks a very special milestone for Monadelphous, as the Company reaches its 50th year of operation. Over the coming months, we will be celebrating this anniversary across our business and recognising our people. Our success as a business is testament to the hard work of all of our teams and their commitment to achieving success for our customers.

This dedication does not go unrecognised, and it is important to me that we take a moment to celebrate our achievements. Our Monadelphous Worley Joint Venture team recently received high praise from the customer following the successful completion of the CPF / APF shutdown – well-deserved recognition for the team who worked together on this important project. We also had other team members receive customer recognition for going above and beyond to deliver safely on recent shutdowns, which I am pleased to share with you in this newsletter.

Another great achievement you can read about in this edition of In The Loop is the creation of the “Armadillo” – an innovative solution to an ongoing issue, allowing a challenging job to be completed safely for the customer.

Supporting the communities in which we work is also very important and it is great to see this embraced by our people. The Mackay team combined their efforts during the recent shutdown to raise money for ManUp, a very worthy cause. You can read more about how the team give back to the local community in this newsletter.

Finally in this edition, meet Liam Finne, a Rope Access Supervisor in the Hunter Valley Operations.

I hope you enjoy reading June’s In The Loop. I am looking forward to seeing what the rest of the year has in store.

Until next time, please stay safe.
