Monadelphous reveals the new location of its Heavy Lift Depot in Port Hedland, signalling a notable shift for its operations in the area.

Port Hedland’s Senior Superintendent Clyde Hunter shared insights into the depot’s features and benefits.

The new depot has enhanced capabilities and services, including a fully enclosed workshop for heavy and light vehicles, a dedicated wash bay, and a separation pump. The abundant storage space minimises the reliance on shipping containers.

Notable features include a substantial 50,000-litre fuel tank to reduce fuel costs and a strategic location adjacent to the Great Northern Highway, ensuring visibility and accessibility for operations and marketing purposes.

This location is particularly advantageous providing easy access to major transport routes.

The design of the depot is a testament to our commitment to innovation. It incorporates modern technologies, including excellent office facilities and advanced workshop setups, ensuring that we are always at the forefront of the industry, providing the best services to our stakeholders and potential clients.
