Kicking goals in Darwin

Following the success of Monadelphous’ inaugural Community Grants Program in Karratha, we extended our commitment to supporting communities where our people live and work and opened the fund to Darwin.

The Darwin fund was open to all Monadelphous employees to benefit the grassroots organisations that are important to them.

We caught up with Kevin, one of our Mechanical Fitters, about the impact of the grant for his son’s football team.

“The grant has been an absolute an absolute game-changer, enabling the teams to have better resources and opportunities for the young athletes,” Kevin.

“It’s boosted morale and strengthened our community, showing our players that their passion is valued.”

With Monadelphous’ support, the club has been able to purchase brand-new training equipment, including portable goals and agility ladders to assist with player development.

We’re so proud to be able to support our communities at the grassroots level, and a huge thank you to the Northern Australia Football Academy for all the work they do to support local athletes.
