Leadership Updates
1 Minute Read

Hello everyone,

Welcome to the May edition of The Pipeline!

This month, I’d like to start with a huge congratulations to everyone for our outstanding safety performance over the last 12 months.

Achieving a TRIFR of 0.95 across 1.1 million worked hours is an incredible effort and something you should all be very proud of. Just two or three years ago, this lagging HSE indicator told a very different story, so this result shows just how far we’ve come!

It’s the outcome of many months (years, really) of hard work and commitment to The Safe Way is the Only Way.

While all our leaders have certainly played a big role, it’s been the broader team who’ve really embraced this, and that’s what makes this achievement so meaningful. Our Managing Director, Zoran Bebic, and our M&IS Executive General Manager also extended their congratulations. Well done to all of you!

We’ve also wrapped up our business strategy sessions across the regions, and it’s been great to see the teams energised and focused on what’s ahead. The new financial year is shaping up to be one of strong growth, and it’s clear everyone is ready, willing, and able to make it one of our best years yet!

In this edition of the newsletter, you’ll find some great stories from around the business. There’s a major belt replacement job at RTW that’s one of the biggest investments we’ve made in a single project, a 10-year milestone in Bunbury that’s worth celebrating, and a warm welcome to the new team members from High Energy Services who’ve recently joined us. You’ll also read about a significant tank replacement in the Goldfields, and we’re recognising some long-serving legends—including Luke Ryan, who recently hit his 15-year Monaversary.

Thanks again for everything you’re doing to keep our work safe, efficient and heading in the right direction.

Let’s keep the momentum going.

Cheers!
