Leadership Updates
1 Minute Read

Last week Monadelphous’ end of year results were released, which showed that 2021/22 was a particularly successful year for the Maintenance and Industrial Services division, achieving record revenue. Well done to everyone in our Southern Region as you all play a role in our wider success, helping to build on our strong reputation for consistently delivering for our customers. I am looking forward to seeing what we achieve together over the year ahead.

I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate everyone across the Mining Minerals Southern Region for an outstanding safety performance in the 2021/22 year – together you achieved some of the best results across the maintenance division. This is really encouraging to see and really highlights everyone’s commitment to delivering safely.

Throughout July and August I have had the opportunity to visit most of our sites, across South-West WA, Wyalla, Roxby Downs and Kalgoorlie. It is always great to talk with our on-site teams about the work they are doing and see in-person how everyone contributes to a fantastic team environment.

At Monadelphous, we want to ensure that we are continuously improving and achieving our vision of being a truly great company to work for. To support this, on Thursday 25 August you would have received a link to complete the 2022 Monadelphous Employee Survey. I encourage you to take the time to do this as soon as possible.

The completely anonymous survey is about gaining a comprehensive view of the experiences of our people, which will in turn help us understand areas for improvement. Your individual perspective, experiences and feedback are a very important part of this, providing a clear view of what it is like to work for Monadelphous.

Most importantly, none of your responses will be linked to you and the data will be managed anonymously through independent agency Painted Dog Research. Please complete the survey prior to Sunday, 11 September and, if you have any questions about the survey or have not received the link via email or text message, please contact employeefeedback@monadel.com.au or speak to your Manager.

In this edition of The Pipeline, read more detail on our company’s 2021/22 financial year results, find out more about our ongoing work for Tronox and hear from the ‘Apprentice Master’ of the south-west, Chad Sellenger.

Until next time, please keep yourselves safe and look out for each other.

Paul.
