TORQUE IT UP EPISODE 10 – We’re steel #1

I’m pleased to share the latest episode of Torque it Up, which takes us to Capel, in the Southwest region of Western Australia to catch up with the RTW Steel Fabrication and Construction (RTW) team.

This episode is extra special, as it marks the five-year anniversary of RTW officially joining Monos.

RTW has long been known as one of the South West’s go‑to fabrication and construction specialists, delivering high-quality structural steel, piping, mechanical installation, blasting and coating, and site support across the mining, industrial and commercial sectors.

We acquired RTW in 2021, to support the expansion of our existing capabilities and service offering in the Southwest region. Today, RTW sits within our Mining and Minerals Southern Region (MMS) business unit, and they’ve become a huge part of how we deliver fabrication, materials handling and construction not just within MMS but across our business.

In this episode, I sat down with Area Manager Mark Holdman and Project Manager Nick Jokich to reflect on RTW’s first five years with Monos. They discuss the impact of joining Monos, the growth it has enabled, the opportunities for internal collaboration and their vision for RTW’s future.
