Leadership Updates
1 Minute Read

G’day and welcome to the latest edition of In the Loop.

In March, we launched our Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for 2026-2029, our third Stretch RAP and fifth RAP overall. Our RAP reflects over a decade of learning and genuine partnership, beginning with our first RAP in 2013. In the Brisbane office, we held our own launch event, including a performance by a local digeridoo player. The event was hosted by Rob Allen and Chris Tabrett, and it was great to see the level of engagement and support.

Following on from our launch activities, you’ll be learning more about our RAP and your role in reconciliation in coming months. It was great to see the level of engagement and support.

It’s pleasing to see the Eastern Region leading by example when it comes to Delivering the Safe Way (DTSW). Between January and March 2026, we submitted more than 70 per cent of the division’s DTSW in Action nominations. DTSW is our safety framework and defines the critical behaviours that enable us to maintain a strong and sustainable safety culture – it’s great to see our people recognising their colleagues for doing the right thing.

Finally, we’ve recently refreshed the benefits on offer, so it’s worth taking another look to see what might be of interest to you.

Until next time, stay safe and look out for your mates!
