Expanding our Karratha footprint

New location at Gap Ridge coming soon! A significant investment has been made to develop a new Monadelphous facility in Karratha which our Heavy Lift, Maintenance and Industrial Services Mining Minerals North West and Group Assets team’s will all call ‘home’.  

The facility in the Gap Ridge industrial estate, will replace our current Karratha depot and become a central hub for our operations in the north-west region of Western Australia. It will also include provisions for vehicle and crane servicing, a wash down area, a fabrication workshop, warehousing facilities and an office space for approximately 40 people. 

“We are very excited to get underway with the new facility development and have already selected a preferred construction contractor to complete the works,” said Managing Director, Rob Velletri.  

“The new facility, which will contain a 2,975 sqm workshop and a 480 sqm office will also include a 99Kw solar system which will be installed to reduce our energy consumption – a small step in our journey towards a greener future.” 

Construction is expected to be completed towards the end of 2023.
