If you need further assistance on how to submit an MProve, please email the Productivity & Innovation team: innovation@monadel.com.au

Check out some of the innovations from Heavy Lift below that have been submitted already!

Franna Gradient Alerts

Through the use of the in vehicle monitoring system (IVMS) Frannas are being set up with geo fencing that allows the operator to receive an audible alert when they enter work areas where the gradients poses a hazard to their operations.

IVMS Franna safety over ride function alerts

The In Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) is being trialed to provide alerts to supervision when the safety override function in the Franna Mac 25 is activated.

Electronic Tyre Pressure Monitors

This device enables crane operators to monitor the tyre pressure constantly, it provides a visual display of each tyre pressure and eliminates the need for the operator to physically have to take the reading.

Crane Edge Protection

This mobile edge protection may provide a solution for crane technicians to be able to conduct crane maintenance activities whilst working from the crane decks, to reduce fall from height risk. It is light weight and does not require a scaffold license to install it. The Heavy Lift Maintenance team will look at trialing this product.
