Inspiring Future STEM Leaders with AREEA

Monadelphous is proud to continue its partnership with the Australian Resources & Energy Employer Association (AREEA) to deliver the Bright Futures STEM program, which aims to inspire the next generation in pursuing careers in STEM and the resources sector. 

This year, six employees volunteered their time to engage with over 750 students across eight Perth schools, sharing their experiences and providing practical, hands-on workshops. These sessions, held both in person and online, offered students a glimpse into the exciting possibilities of STEM careers. 

Aligned with our Gender Diversity and Inclusion Plan, Monadelphous is committed to fostering female participation in industries where we work, helping to build a more balanced workforce for the future. Programs like Bright Futures provide valuable opportunities for our people to connect with students and help pave the way for a stronger, more inclusive industry.
