Together we deliver at Pluto Train 1 Mods

Some milestones mark progress. Others mark the completion of something extraordinary.

Last month the Alevro team successfully transported the third and final major module for the Pluto Train 1 Mods Project to site in Dampier, completing a critical phase of one of Australia's most complex heavy transport scopes.

The final module, known as the NGL North module, was significant by any measure. Weighing 4,510 tonnes and stretching 52.5 metres in length, the module completed a challenging 2.3-kilometre journey from port to site in just seven hours. Moves of this scale are rare, highly complex and leave little room for error, demanding precision, planning and disciplined execution at every stage.

With the successful delivery of the NGL North module, Alevro has now completed the transport of all three major modules for the project, a milestone that showcases the depth of capability across our multinational teams and the expertise required to safely execute some of Australia's largest and most technically demanding heavy transport operations.

Behind this milestone was a team united by a shared commitment to safety. From planning and engineering through to execution on site, our people remained focused on getting the job done the right way, looking out for one another every step of the journey. That commitment was instrumental in delivering the final module safely and successfully.

Dave Muirhead, Alevro Joint Venture Manager, credited the people behind the project.

Completing this phase of the project is a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when experience, collaboration and trust come together, especially when the lift is heavy and the stakes are high.
