Future Ready, together

Our 2025 EC Leadership Conference brought 120 leaders together at Mandoon Estate for two days of connection, collaboration and inspiration. The theme, Future Ready Leaders, challenged us to think differently, lead with purpose and prepare for what’s next in a rapidly changing world. 

The energy was high from the start, thanks to our guest MCs Robbie Figg and Marty Hassan, who kept the crowd engaged and the vibe upbeat (the Rock, Paper, Scissors showdown had the crowd roaring!). 

We explored Monadelphous’ strategic market positioning and our Customer Value Proposition, with insights from Zoran Bebic, Chris Tabrett and Adam Cook. This session reminding us of our humble beginnings and the legacy that shaped Monadelphous into the success it is today.  It encouraged us to think forward, stay true to our values and align our efforts to meet tomorrow’s customer needs.  

Our keynote speaker, Futurist Michael McQueen, delivered a standout session on Preparing Now for What’s Next, with sharp insights into leading Gen Z and navigating the rise of AI tools.  Hands down the most popular and thought-provoking presentation of the conference, Michael sparked conversations that continued throughout the two days and beyond.  

Technology was another hot topic with our own AI top gun Jason Cippitelli and Microsoft’s Craig Cullum, showing us how AI is already reshaping engineering and construction. These sessions had everyone buzzing with ideas. 

Between these thought-provoking conversations, we made time for fun with team challenges, the Avengers activity, and plenty of laughs during the Happiness Co. sessions.   

Our networking dinner and awards night provided an opportunity to connect and celebrate outstanding contributions across the EC Division. Congratulations to our winners:

We closed on a powerful note with our EC Executive General Manager, Adam Cook, leading the charge for respect in our workplace. The group signing of our Respect Board was a symbolic and heartfelt moment, reminding us of the values we carry forward.
