This is strategically important as our first offshore decommissioning contract, as we are continuing to explore further decommissioning activities. Work on the Northern Endeavour is expected to be completed in the second half of 2023 and I look forward to bringing you an update on this in the next edition of Ramp Up.   Congratulations to our team in Darwin who were awarded for Outstanding Customer Services at the NT Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards this month. The team were nominated by our customer for the work they do to consistently support them and deliver great outcomes. Well done to Rick Doyle, John Ledo and the team for this highly deserved recognition and the ongoing positive feedback they receive.   Up in Karratha, our Fabric Maintenance Team has also been exceeding expectations, taking on challenging timeframes to deliver on a significant scope of work for the customer. It is this teamwork and commitment from everyone involved to delivering at a high standard that supports our business in achieving long-term success.   September was also R U OK? Day, with this year’s message reinforcing that you do not need qualifications to have a conversation and to support others.  Simply taking the time to ask the question and listen might be exactly what they need to help them through. Read more about what you can do in this newsletter and please take the time to watch the video presentation on this topic as it is really thought provoking and worthwhile.   Also in this edition of Ramp Up, meet Graham Smith, find out more about the work the Fabric Maintenance Team have been doing and read about our shutdown team in Nhulunbuy (Gove).   Enjoy reading this month’s newsletter and please continue to stay safe.   Doug. ![Doug Macintyre - Sign off](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Doug%20Macintyre%20-%20Sign%20off.png?width=600&height=300&name=Doug%20Macintyre%20-%20Sign%20off.png) ## Leave a comment Previous Post Teamwork at Pluto Next Post Share your innovations! ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/Doug%20Macintyre%20-%20Thumbnail.png)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/ramp-up/a-message-from-your-general-manager-1682949608648) [Leadership Updates](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/ramp-up/tag/leadership-updates) 1 Min Read ### [A message from Doug Macintyre, Dec '22](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/ramp-up/a-message-from-your-general-manager-1682949608648) As we reach the end of what has been a huge year in our Oil and Gas business, I wanted to take a moment to ...
