Have you seen a Monos Moment?

Our Energy rewards and recognition program, Monos Moment, is all about celebrating our team members who go the extra mile and demonstrates one or more of our core values.   

Since the program was launched in 2021, there have been 419 employees rewarded for their outstanding efforts across the Energy business. 

If you see a ‘Monos Moment’ you can take two minutes to nominate a team or team member. It can be for something big, small, at work, or outside of work – the only requirement is that there is a clear link to one (or more) of the Monadelphous values as outlined below:  

• Safety and Wellbeing: We show concern and actively care for others. We always think and act safely.  
• Integrity: We are open and honest in what we say and what we do. We take responsibility for our work and our actions.  
• Achievement: We are passionate about achieving success for our customers, our partners and each other. We seek solutions, learn and continually improve.  
• Teamwork: We work as a team in a cooperative, supportive and friendly environment. We are open-minded and share our knowledge and achievements.  
• Loyalty: We develop long term relationships by earning the respect, trust and support of our customers, partners and each other. We are dependable, take ownership and work for the company as our own.   

The program runs continuously so you can nominate a person (or team) anytime who you believe should be recognised for their contribution. Two minutes of your time can mean a lot to someone else!
