Leadership Updates Sustainability
1 Minute Read

At Monadelphous, we are proud to be active members of the communities where our people live and work. Our priority is to support our local workforce and community interests, ensuring we leave a positive legacy and that our employees take pride in working for Monadelphous.

As we continue to learn and evolve our approach to sustainability, I am pleased to launch our revised Sustainability Policy and new Sustainability Framework. These documents highlight our commitment to our five key pillars of people, safety and wellbeing, responsible business delivery, communities, and environment.

Moving forward, our efforts and reporting of ‘social value’, which encompasses diversity, community and environment, will now fall under the banner of Sustainability at Monadelphous. By taking a holistic approach guided by our five key pillars, we will continue to build a more sustainable future and make a real difference.

In line with this transition, I am delighted to share our Half Year Sustainability Board Report FY22/23. This report provides an overview of our performance and achievements in the areas of people, community and environment during the six-month period from 1 July 2022 to 31 December 2022. It includes highlights on our key focus areas and features relevant case studies to showcase our successes.

Our sustainability efforts are vital to our long-term success as a business. I invite you to read the report and utilise these insights across the business to improve the outcomes of our operations. I appreciate your support and look forward to continuing our sustainability journey together.
