Leadership Updates
1 Minute Read

Hi everyone,

We’re kicking off the new financial year with plenty of momentum, with many of our existing contracts renewed or extended, and a few exciting new opportunities on the horizon.

One of those is with Newmont at Tanami, where we’ve secured a new multi-year agreement following a competitive tender process. It’s a great outcome that reflects the strength of our relationship, and we’re looking forward to continuing that partnership in the years ahead.

It’s a great way to start the (financial) year, and I want to thank you all for the work you’ve done to get us here.

This month also saw the launch of our Group Strategy, which lays out a clear path forward for all of us at Monos’.

As always, there was a strong focus on our people, making sure we’re attracting and keeping the best, developing talent, and creating an environment where everyone feels respected and supported. We’ll continue to work on improving our health, safety, and well-being, with a sharp focus on managing fatal risks and building a workplace that we can all be proud of.

With solid conditions in the resources and energy sectors, we’ll stay focused on the right type of work - projects that play to our strengths and where we can add real value. At the same time, we’ll stay alert to any challenges and ensure we’re in a good position to continue moving forward.

In this month’s edition of The Pipeline, we’ve got a full line-up. There’s a closer look at our new joint project with Melchor and RTW, the rollout of our new Driver Fatigue and Distraction Monitoring system, and a wrap-up of the winter internship program. We’re also keeping those in need warm down south with fresh beanies and celebrating 25 years of service with Tim Bourn. And that’s just the start, it’s a packed edition!

Thanks again for everything you do. Let’s keep the energy up and continue to look out for each other.

Cheers,
Paul
