Our July 2026 Monos Moments winners!

Each month, Monos Moments recognises the people who go above and beyond, support their teams, and deliver work the right way.

This month, we’ve decided focus on multiple nominations that highlight strong teamwork across the board. Thank you to all the standouts below for your ongoing efforts and congratulations.

Steven Jendrzejak - demonstrated strong communication and planning during preparations for the Muja Power Station Unit 7 outage by coordinating the coal bunker run-down and protecting sensors during washdown. His actions helped prevent accidental fire suppression activation, reduced risk to the team, and avoided unnecessary subcontractor costs.

Ray Proudfoot and Steve Williums – showed outstanding work ethic throughout a recent shutdown at Worsley, taking a proactive approach from planning through to completion. Their commitment and initiative helped ensure tasks were completed safely and on time.

Zane John – Zane and the Worsley team identified a serious fall risk when accessing a confined space and immediately stopped the job. By arranging scaffold modifications to extend the handrail, they eliminated the hazard and ensured the work could continue safely.

Southwest Ops Commercial Team: Timothy Hall, Catherine Tanner, Michelle Fredricks - stepped up during a challenging period of limited admin support and EOFY pressures. Their willingness to take on extra tasks and support the wider team reflects strong teamwork and commitment to keeping operations running smoothly.

Luke Green – Down at Worsley, Luke is an excellent role model for new riggers, generously sharing his knowledge and experience. His guidance and support continue to help develop and strengthen the team.

Clint Shannon - Clint showed great initiative and teamwork by pausing his own work to assist with relocating scaffold cages and stillages using his forklift. His proactive support helped the Roxby Downs team continue working safely and efficiently.

Greg Humphrey - Greg quickly took ownership of the QAQC role at Roxby Downs and has made significant improvements to the QA systems and processes. His initiative and commitment have helped close gaps and create a more streamlined and effective QAQC process.
