Sponsorship and donations at Monos

We have a long and rich history in the regions we operate in which has been backed by our loyal people, established workshops, and our commitment to supporting town vitality.

It is important to us to demonstrate to the locals that we genuinely care about their town, their people (who are often our people) and the groups that are the backbone of the community.  

We are calling on you, the people who live and work in the places where we operate, to submit a request for a group or initiatives for Monadelphous to support! Which can be in the way of a donation, sponsorship, in-kind and volunteering opportunities. 

Here is how you submit your request  

1. Confirm it aligns to what we as a business care about (see below) 
2. Submit a request through the Sponsorship and Donation Form on Monocle, or email your request to Sponsorships@monadel.com.au 
3. Wait for your request to be reviewed by the Marketing and Comms team, and then approved by your General Manager 
4. If your request is successful, you will be notified, and your sponsorship can be activated!  

All our sponsorships are tracked and reported, so it is important that we capture every initiative that we contribute to. If you have any questions or are unsure if your sponsorship/donation request aligns, send an email to sponsorships@monadel.com.au or talk to your supervisor.  

What we as a business care about:  

• Must provide benefit to the communities where we operate, and where our people live and work 
• Must align with our pillars of sustainability and key strategic areas of focus: community, gender diversity, Indigenous engagement and environment
• Applicants must be a not-for-profit, sporting and recreation, or community organisation 
• We focus on supporting initiatives that make a positive impact to groups and the wider community rather than just individuals
