At Monadelphous, we have been actively contributing to the local communities where we operate for more than 30 years. A key part of our contribution is supporting local sporting and recreational clubs in regional towns where our employees live and work.

We currently sponsor over 15 regional clubs across our operational locations, with many of them being legacy sponsorships spanning across many years, such as the Wickham Wolves Football Club and Roxby Downs Golf Club.

We have also been involved in establishing new initiatives in regional areas, including sponsoring the first Women’s Desert Dash triathlon in Roxby Downs and being founding sponsors of the Harvey Brunswick Leschenault (HBL) junior and senior netball teams. These great opportunities were presented to us by our employees.

Reflecting on the HBL sponsorship, Project Manager, Kate Baker said: “The teams’ uniform has the Monadelphous logo across the back, so we get great visibility across the south-west region and we’re supporting female country sport, which I think is absolutely spot on!”

Our regional based employees and their families are often involved with the clubs and are proud to represent Monadelphous in their community.

Port Hedland based Superintendent Craig Turner said: “I have great pride in our brand and what we stand for as a business and the same goes for the Hedland Reds Football Club.”

We know that grassroots initiatives like these play a key role in building strong community spirit and provide a great place for people to get together, be active and connect.
