We were proud to join hundreds of participants at the 2026 Walk for Reconciliation at Kaarta Koomba (Kings Park), coming together to recognise and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and reflect on our shared journey towards reconciliation.
The event was an opportunity to walk alongside colleagues, community members and partners while walking through wildflower trails in a place of deep significance to the Noongar people. Throughout the walk, participants were encouraged to reflect on the importance of understanding, respect and connection, and the role each of us can play in contributing to a more reconciled Australia.
This event reinforces our commitment to building strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
It also reflects the actions outlined in our Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan 2026-2029, which guides our efforts to create meaningful impact through reconciliation.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to represent and come together to learn, listen and take positive steps forward on our reconciliation journey.
